This training will be in accordance with Illinois Supreme Court Rule 906, Attorney Qualifications and Education in Child Custody and Visitation Matters, Paragragh (c), and is offered to any attorney licensed in the State of Illinois and in good standing with the Illinois Supreme Court. Support for the training comes from a Court Improvement Grant received by the Chief Judge of the First Judicial Circuit to provide training for attorneys in the First Circuit, and from the Illinois Domestic Violence Coordination Council.
The program is co-sponsored by the First Judicial Circuit, Dispute Resolution Institute, Inc., and the Southern Illinois University School of Law.
