Family Mediation Program
Program Summary
The Family Mediation Program serves low-income families in Southern Illinois by providing free and low cost mediations. We can help you mediate issues related to parenting time (Formerly referred to as custody), as well as issues related to parental decision making such as: where your children will go to school, who is responsible for your children's medical decisions, and who will guide your child on their religious upbringing.
How to Qualify
To qualify for this program:
Be ordered to Dispute Resolution Institute (DRI).
The order to mediate must name DRI as the mediator.
Meet our income requirements.
Areas Served
Alexander, Jackson, Johnson, Massac, Pope, Pulaski, Saline, Union, and Williamson Counties.

If you have been ordered by the Court to our non-profit for your mediation and have not received a letter or phone call from us, then please contact us.
