Program Summary
Mediation is an opportunity for both sides of a problem to discuss possible solutions with the help of an impartial third person. Generally, eviction cases ordered into mediation discuss a move out date, payment plan, or coordinate rent assistance resources. Your mediator will never force you to agree to anything. Mediation services provided through this court program are provided free of charge.

How to Qualify
You must be a party involved in a small claims case and either be ordered by a judge to mediation or agree to mediation with the opposing party. All small claims mediations are mediated by local volunteers. If you are interested in learning more about small claims mediation, please contact us.
